Cream Cheese Watercress Tea Sandwiches
  • 7 oz. fresh cream cheese
  • 1 oz. watercress, chopped
  • ½ loaf white bread
  1. Mix together the chopped watercress and cream cheese in a medium sized bowl.
  2. Spread the mixture onto the bread, make a sandwich.
  3. Cut the crust off the sandwich and quarter the sandwich into triangles.
  4. Arrange on plate.
