Cream Cheese Watercress Tea Sandwiches
- 7 oz. fresh cream cheese
- 1 oz. watercress, chopped
- ½ loaf white bread
- Mix together the chopped watercress and cream cheese in a medium sized bowl.
- Spread the mixture onto the bread, make a sandwich.
- Cut the crust off the sandwich and quarter the sandwich into triangles.
- Arrange on plate.
