Pineapple Mango Smoothie

- 1 cup frozen pineapple tidbits (from Trader Joe's or homemade)
- 1½ cups frozen mango chunks (Trader Joe's or homemade)
- 1 cup plain unsweetened soy or other milk (not vanilla)
- 1 Tbs. coconut milk (high quality like Thai Kitchen)
- Combine all ingredients in Vitamix or other powerful blender, process starting on low speed and gradually increasing speed to high.
