Homemade Almond Butter

Ingredients
  • 3 cups raw almonds
Instructions
  1. Place almonds into a food processor.
  2. Process for 10-15 minutes.
  3. This will yield an almond butter with a 'stone-ground' or 'slightly chunky' texture.
  4. For a smoother result, put the almond butter into a Vitamix. Blend for about a minute at high speed, using the tamper, until it's a homogenous texture.
