A very quick smoothie with three tropical fruits plus strawberry.
Ingredients
1.5 c. Wawona Festival Blend fruit
1.5 cup unsweetened soy milk or other milk
Instructions
Put ingredients in Vitamix or other blender. Blend. I like my smoothies very thick and cold: if that's not you, or you have a blender that has trouble with frozen fruit, zap the fruit in the microwave to thaw it a little before you blend it.
