A very quick smoothie with three tropical fruits plus strawberry.
  • 1.5 c. Wawona Festival Blend fruit
  • 1.5 cup unsweetened soy milk or other milk
  1. Put ingredients in Vitamix or other blender. Blend. I like my smoothies very thick and cold: if that's not you, or you have a blender that has trouble with frozen fruit, zap the fruit in the microwave to thaw it a little before you blend it.
