Spiced Chickpeas

- 2 cups cooked chickpeas (or canned chickpeas, rinsed)
- 1T olive oil
- 1 medium or small clove garlic
- ½ tsp. smoked paprika (pimenton de la vera)
- ½ tsp. turmeric
- ½ tsp. curry powder
- salt
- pepper
- Mince garlic, then add both the minced garlic and the olive oil to the chickpeas.
- (If you have extra time, mince garlic, steep in olive oil for 20 minutes, then dress the chickpeas with the mixture.)
- Add spices to the chickpeas and mix.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
