I’m finally sharing more about Ice Theatre of New York‘s premiere performance of Ice:Dance 2014 in Wenatchee, WA.
Act II opened with Douglas Webster’s sunset-lit ensemble piece Horizon.
Then Ryan Bradley, Brent Bommentre and Joel Dear gadded about having so much fun in Back Bay Shuffle. The jazzy, 20’s-style piece was choreographed by Edward Villela.
Natalia Zeitseva and Jonathon Hunt skated their sweet romantic duet Unforgettable (also here), choreographed by Douglas Webster.
Four skaters performed the very modern ‘Inclusions,’ choreographed by Alberto del Saz.
Another big, beautiful ensemble, the down-home Roots, ended the show.
I’ve only shown you a selection of the pieces in this show. I hope ITNY will come to Washington State again, though this year they won’t be touring at all. I’d love to see another show and introduce my skating and dance-loving friends to ITNY.

Wow, this looks phenomenal. I really wish I could see Edward Villella’s choreography for skating–such an incredible dancer. Thanks for posting!

You’re welcome!
Wow – how cool! love Doug Webster. He is a phenomenal guy and taught me a lot at the G2C seminar last month.
